how MANY BROWNIES are in a slab?
Depending on the size of brownie you want! You can cut 16 brownies measuring 1.5×1.5 inches each OR 9 brownies measuring 2×2 inches per brownie.

How many brownies should i order per person?
Typically people have 1-2 brownies, or more we are not here to judge!

Am i able to order individual brownie squares?
As of now, we are not selling individual brownies, just the brownie slabs.

are the brownies freshly baked?
Yes! Each brownie slab is baked on the day of pick up or delivery.
Are brownies served warm?
No, our brownies are not warm upon pick up or delivery as they are fudgy and need to cool off and set! Nobody wants a mess!

Are Brownies Peanut and Lactose free?
All brownies are 100% lactose free, peanut free and tree nut free. Although there can be traces of nuts in our kitchen. Our brownies do contain eggs, wheat, dairy and soy.

DO you make gluten free brownies?
No, we do not make gluten free brownies as our kitchen is not a gluten free space.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY
how long in advance must i order?
Depending on the size of your order, please allow 24-48 hours before your order is ready for pick up or delivery.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 5km radius of our kitchen (Lasalle area) for a fee of $7.00

When will i know my order is ready for pick-up or Delivery?
Whether you are picking up your order or getting it delivered, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order is ready or on its way. Pick up and delivery times are between 10:00AM - 4:00PM.

Return Policy
At Maison Brownie, we take pride in crafting our products with the utmost care and attention to quality. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
