I'm Sarah, a trained pastry chef, mom of two, and the heart behind Maison Brownie. My love for baking started long before this venture — first through my previous cookie business, Freshly Baked, and later in my own kitchen, where I found myself on a mission: to create the perfect brownie.

For years, I searched for a brownie that struck the right balance — deeply fudgy, irresistibly rich, and perfectly indulgent without being overly sweet. When I couldn't find it, I decided to bake it myself. After countless tests (and a few very happy taste testers at home), Maison Brownie was born.

Each batch is crafted with care using high-quality ingredients and a recipe designed to be both decadent and inclusive — our brownies are lactose-free and peanut-free, so everyone can enjoy a little piece of chocolate heaven.
